I know we are heading to Northern Spain but it's a million miles from Mexico

So what sort of food will we see. Yes Tapas, but in North West Spain they are called Pincho. Don't call then Tapas. A few years back while I was in Bilbao, a wonderful city, highly recommended (Did I tell you that Leinster Rugby won their forth European Rugby Championship there?) anyway if the bar floor is very clean with little or no paper wrappers thrown on the floor. Then the Pincho's are not good! The more wrappers on the floor and the busier the bar, then the Pincho's are great. Stop and enjoy.

“If the Bar floor is clean and no wrappers from the Pincho are on the floor, then the food is not great!”

Watch here as we will fill you in on what happens in a months time.

4 weeks and Counting!

This will be interesting from local fresh food from East Cork, Fresh Fish, Cheese and good Guinness to an interdiction of French food on Brittany Ferries as we make our way to France. Sample local French Cider and Crepe's to fine food and local cafe's and watch as the food fair changes as we get towards Spain. I'll showcase it all here.
